Protects Yield & Quality In Rice

Tenchu 20SG is a systemic insecticide that contains 20% dinotefuran as its active ingredient and protects rice crops from the primary cause of pecky rice – the rice stink bug. With a rate of application of 7.5 to 10.5 ounces per acre, which is equal to 0.09375 to 0.131 pounds of active ingredient per acre, and proven residual control of 7 – 11 days, this product requires no more than two applications per season.

TENCHU has been a great fit in our rice program for a couple of reasons. The long-lasting residual provides a length of time that pyrethroids that simply cannot. With the buildup of pyrethroid resistance in stinkbugs TENCHU is key to ensuring total control of rice stinkbugs!
