Last night, the Belchim team beat the intense heatwave at Hill Girt Farm for their Field to Fork Dinner. Hill Girt is a beautiful 700-acre farm in Chadds Ford, PA dating back to the late 1600s! The working farm, owned by the 3rd generation of the famed Haskell family, grows approximately 50 acres of more than 50 variety of veggies!
